Returns Policy

We will accept returns of non-faulty goods for 14 days after delivery, or 21 days after dispatch, whichever is sooner. Buyer must pay for return postage, and the goods must be in saleable quality. Should an item be lost in the post or by our courier, we will either replace it or refund, the descision will be yours, providing a replacement is available, otherwise a refund will be issued. If an item arrives damaged in transit, please notify us as soon as possible, and retain all packaging. Note, this section only applies to goods returned which are not faulty. Should you choose to return goods to us, we would request that they be kept in saleable quality and taken care of. Should goods be found to be faulty or not fit for purpose, of course return postage will be paid by us, and a full refund issued. This return policy does NOT affect your statutory rights.

We will only use your information to send out your order, or to reply to any queries you have. Any paper records will be destroyed securely (for example by shredding) after the period of time we are required to retain them by tax laws has expired.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical security. No information regarding you is stored on our computers after completion of an order, with the exception of emails, which may be retained for reference and/or customer satisfaction purposes. Should you wish emails to be deleted once your transaction is complete, please request this once you are satisfied with the order.

We do not use cookies

A cookie is a small file which a website places on your computer's hard drive. Although we ourselves do not use cookies, our secure partners (who you will be directed to when ordering by credit card) require cookies to process your orders. This usage of cookies is beyond our control, and is subject to their separate privacy policies.

We may analyse traffic logs from our website in order to see if there are any errors on our site. Although our traffic logs contain your IP address, we will not seek to identify you from this (unless a criminal 'hacking' attack has taken place), we will purely be looking for error codes returned by our server.
